This website introduces AI Native. It does not require an account. The film and images are served from the website, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this page.

Website assistant

When you chat with the website assistant, your question and recent messages are sent to our server and to an AI model provider to generate an answer. This public assistant has no access to customer organizations. We do not save the conversation in our inquiry queue, and the model request disables response storage. Please do not include confidential information.

Contacting us

If you choose to leave a message for the team, you can review your name, email address and message before sending. The message is checked by an AI model for spam before storage; your contact details and chat history are not included in that check. Rejected messages are not saved to our queue. Accepted messages, contact details and a reference number are stored in a private 1e6 Labs queue and included in an email notification to our team through Azure Communication Services. Your chat history is not attached. A successful submission confirms that the message was saved, not that a team member has read it.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as IP address, browser details and request times, to deliver and protect the site. We keep a one-way daily request counter to limit abuse, without storing the raw IP address in that counter. We do not use this information to create advertising profiles.

Your choice

Please do not include confidential organizational information in a chat or initial inquiry. Once a team member replies, you can ask about the information you sent or request its removal through that conversation.
